Brand’s story
GUADARTE was born in Seville in 1980 thanks to the founder D. Manuel Muñoz Medina. Starting with the production of handmade ceramic products, the company’s range has grown steadily since then: furniture, wrought iron, lighting, upholstery, paintings, mosaics, crystal. This development has made Guadarte one of the most recognized Spanish companies in the field of high decoration. Guadarte is a timeless combination of design and functionality, inspired by the tranquility of the Mediterranean style. With handcrafted wrought iron structures, twisted lines and captivating designs, each piece is designed to transform homes, terraces and gardens into peaceful, beautiful and comfortable spaces. At the same time, Guadarte also offers contemporary furniture with geometric inspiration and an Art Deco spirit to decorate modern and cosmopolitan homes.
Special features and style
Guadarte, or the freshness of the Mediterranean, creeps into every corner: handmade ceramics, bright tones and natural textures give life to this magnificent brand. A terrace that has chosen an unmistakable color combination: white and green. Two colors deeply linked to the Andalusian imagination, appearing both on its flag and in the artisanal tradition that has shaped ceramics, patios and landscapes. The hand-painted tile murals often depict ornamental motifs, historical scenes or landscapes related to the place where they are located. In this space, the emerald green of the mural combines with the tones of the upholstery and vegetation, creating a chromatic harmony that envelops the terraces and homes and reinforces its Mediterranean essence. Light, sea and vegetation form an important part of Guadarte’s work. Ceramic sinks are a traditional item of southern Spain. At Guadarte, their aesthetic value is rediscovered and these objects find new life as decorative elements on the walls, giving character, history and an unmistakable Mediterranean personality.
